Very disappointed!!! I've used this location before. Service was always good. Took my son there today. His haircut was great. I went back tonight with my girlfriend so she could get her hair cut. We asked if they were ok with cutting her hair and we were told it would be an extra charge and we were ok with that. While I was getting my hair cut the lady told my girlfriend she had lice and wouldn't cut her hair. If she had lice I would as well as my son would have it too. They cut my hair and my sons with no problem. Very unprofessional.we immediately went to urgent care and were told she does not have lice. I went back to show that she is lice free and staff still wanted to argue with me. I will make sure to tell everyone about this location
