I’m at salon and my appt was cancelled and not received on time. Waiting while other stylist leaves. been over 40 minutes and still waiting even though I checked in on line.

I would give no stars if a possibility. Don't bother using their online check-in they don't honor it. I've taken my son several times and every time there is an issue. Don't bother wasting your time.
